General
These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through Jenny Hellström and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Jenny Hellström unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Jenny Hellström.
Price and Payment
Every product is shown including tax. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment.
Delivery
We do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible from the time the order has been placed. The delivery time for Sweden is approx 2-4 days, for Europe approx 3-6 days and for outside of Europe approx 5-10 days. If a service/product would have another delivery time than above, this delivery time will be stated in connection to the individual services/products. During campaigns there can sometimes be a slight delay because of the high pressure, we kindly ask for you patience at such times.
Coupons
If you have a coupon code, just enter the code when checking out, in the box “coupon” and then press “apply coupon”.
Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For an unclaimed package you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
Guarantees and Services
If the product would be broken or damaged in any way upon delivery, please document it and contact Jenny Hellström at jenny@jennyhellstrom.com, and we will replace the product asap without further costs.
Return Policy
Unbroken and unused products can be sent back to Jenny Hellström at customers own cost, within 14 days after date of purchase. When returned goods is received at Jenny Hellström´s office, the money will be resent to customer within one week if product is intact. (The initial freight cost for shipping can unfortunately not be payed back.)
The product do not qualify for our return policy if the seal of authentication of the product has been broken/opened.
When returning a product/service:
- You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered.
- You must not have used the product, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.
Privacy Policy
When ordering a product/service you will be asked to fill in you personal information. Upon purchase you agree to that this information is stored in accordance with Jenny Hellström’s privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance to the Swedish law of “Personuppgiftslagen” (198:204) you have the right to know the information Jenny Hellström have registered about you. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. If this is the case please contact us by e-mail. We do never sell or share your information with any other outside of the company of Jenny Hellström.
Force Majeure
Jenny Hellström is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
